Gill's Puppuccinos

Ingredients

• 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

• 1/4 cup pumpkin purée

• 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats

• 1/4 cup fat free whipped cream

• 1/4 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine yogurt, pumpkin purée, old fashioned oats & 1 cup ice in blender

2. Puree until smooth.

3. Serve immediately, garnished with whipped cream and Ceylon cinnamon.
